经阴道超声检查结合血清基础性激素测定评价卵巢储备功能的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨经阴道超声检查结合血清基础性激素测定评价卵巢储备功能的价值。方法选取云浮市人民医院超声诊断科2015年7月至2016年10月接受检查的90例女性作为研究对象,将其中45例不孕女性作为观察组,45例正常女性作为对照组。两组女性均采用经阴道超声检查结合血清基础性激素测定卵巢功能,比较两组女性的一般情况、血清基础性激素水平等指标。结果观察组和对照组女性年龄、体重指数和不孕时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组女性卵巢基质动脉的收缩期峰值(PSV)[(9.21±1.13)cm/s vs(15.12±2.54)cm/s]、卵巢波动指数(PI)[(0.91±0.59)vs(0.71±0.12)]、卵巢阻力指数(RI)[(0.78±0.23)vs(0.61±0.11)]比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组女性的血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)[(10.24±2.21)m IU/m L vs(6.78±1.86)m IU/m L],黄体生成素(LH)[(7.98±0.87)m IU/m L vs(6.34±0.68)m IU/m L],雌二醇(E2)[(75.34±1.21)pg/m L vs(36.16±9.44)pg/m L]、窦卵泡计数(AFC)[(4.34±0.62)个vs(8.15±1.26)个]比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取经阴道超声检查结合血清基础性激素测定评价女性的卵巢储备功能,简单可靠,正确性高,值得临床上推广应用。 Objective To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with serum basic sex hormone assay in evaluating ovarian reserve function. Methods A total of 90 women from Department of Clinical Ultrasound in People's, Hospital of Yunfu City between July 2015 and October 2016 were selected as the subjects, including 45 infertile women(the observation group) and 45 normal women(control group). The ovarian function of the two groups of women was evaluated by transvaginal ultrasonography combined with serum basic sex hormone determination, and the general information, ultrasound parameters, and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in age, body mass index and infertility time(P0.05). There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in ovarian stromal artery systolic peak(PSV), ovarian volatility index(PI), ovarian resistance index(RI):(9.21±1.13) cm/s vs(15.12±2.54) cm/s,(0.91±0.59) vs(0.71±0.12),(0.78±0.23) vs(0.61±0.11), respectively, all P0.05. There were also significant differences between the two groups in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), sinus follicle count(AFC):(10.24 ± 2.21) m IU/m L vs(6.78 ± 1.86) m IU/m L,(7.98 ±0.87) m IU/m L vs(6.34±0.68) m IU/m L,(75.34±1.21) pg/m L vs(36.16±9.44) pg/m L,(4.34±0.62) vs(8.15±1.26), respectively, all P0.05. Conclusion To evaluate the ovarian reserve function in women by transvaginal ultrasonography combined with serum basic sex hormone determination is simple and reliable. It is worth promoting in clinic.
