改性工艺对离子液体改性白炭黑补强SBR性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Modification Process on Properties of SBR reinforced with Silica modified by Ionic Liquid

摘要 采用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(简称BMI)离子液体分别通过湿法和干法工艺改性白炭黑,制备了改性白炭黑/SBR混炼胶,并研究了BMI与白炭黑之间的相互作用以及混炼胶性能。结果表明,加入BMI能显著提高改性白炭黑/SBR混炼胶硫化速率,同时硫化温度降低;与干法改性白炭黑/SBR混炼胶相比,湿法改性白炭黑与SBR之间的相互作用较强,混炼胶交联密度较大,硫化胶力学性能较好。 The modified silica/SBR blend was prepared by adding the silica modified by 1-butyl-3-methylimiazolium tetrafluoroborate(BMI)through wet modification and dry modification,respectively.The interaction between BMI and silica and the properties of the blend were studied.The results showed that the curing rate of the modified silica/SBR blend was increased obviously by adding BMI,and the cure temperature was decreased.Compared with the dry modified silica/SBR blend,the interaction between the wet modified silica and SBR was stronger,the crosslink density was higher,and the mechanical properties were increased.
