摘要
一直以来,腰椎融合术是治疗腰椎退变性疾病的主要治疗方式,被认为是此类疾病治疗的"金标准"。但融合术后带来的假关节、邻近节段退变(adjacent segment degeneration,ASD)等一系列问题也会导致术后并发症与再手术的发生[1-2]。近年来,随着腰椎非融合概念的提出,腰椎棘突间内固定技术已广泛应用于临床[3-6]。棘突间内固定装置可分为棘突间撑开装置与棘突间稳定装置。
Lumbar fusion, as a main surgical treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases, has always taken a prominent position. However, adjacent segments' degeneration, pseudarthrosis and other related complications has made spine surgeons look for other ways. As a representative of lumbar non-fusion technology, interspinous dynamic stabilization devices have been utilized clinically for years. Yet it disappointed spine surgeons by its higher complications rate at the early stage. With continuous improvement of the design and technology innovation, a new generation of interspinous dynamic stabilization device has been widely used in clinic. There has been many high-level evidence-based literatures on its research. This article summarizes the evidence-based literatures, and evaluates the current advantages and disadvantages of lumbar interspinous dynamic stabilization.
