摘要
实现人的自由和全面发展是马克思主义研究社会的逻辑起点和终极目标。当前城乡发展不协调问题已经成为阻碍中国全面小康社会实现的主要障碍,传统的城乡统筹发展更多致力于经济的发展和收入差距的缩小,忽略了"人"的发展。构建"以人民为中心"的城乡统筹发展路径,关键在于建立符合城乡协调发展的新型生产关系,深刻把握中国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,着力解决好城乡发展不平衡不充分问题,让城乡居民共享高质量发展成果,从而推动社会公平与正义,彰显人民至上的价值取向。
The realization of human freedom and comprehensive development is the logical starting point and ultimate goal of Marxist society. At present, the uncoordinated development of urban and rural areas has become a major obstacle to the realization of China＇s comprehensive well-off society, the traditional urban and rural development is more devoted to the economic development and narrowing the income gap, ignoring the development of ＂people＂. To build a ＂people-centered＂ urban and rural coordinated development path, the key is to establish a new production relationship to suit the coordinated urban and rural development. Focus on solving the unbalanced and inadequate urban and rural development, make urban and rural residents share the fruits of high quality development, is good for promoting social equity and justice, highlighting ＂people supremacy＂ value orientation.
