摘要
研究用壳聚糖对纳米铁进行表面包覆以提高纳米铁的分散性和稳定性。通过静态沉降实验、稳定性实验、SEM、TGA、XPS等对包覆型纳米铁进行了分析和表征,考察了不同条件下包覆型纳米铁对三氯乙烯(TCE)的降解性能。实验结果表明:壳聚糖包覆可显著提高纳米铁的分散性和稳定性。当p H为5~6,包覆率为26.4%,纳米铁与TCE质量比为40∶1~50∶1时,壳聚糖包覆型纳米铁对TCE的去除率可以达到90%。
In order to further improve the dispersibility and stability of nano zero valent iron,chitosan has been used as a coating material cladding the surface of nano-iron. The coated nano iron is analyzed and characterized by means of static sedimentation experiment,stability experiment,SEM,TGA,XPS and so on. The effects of coated nano iron under different conditions on trichloroethylene(TCE) degradation capability are investigated. The experimental results reveal that chitosan coating can significantly improve the dispersibility and stability of nano iron. When p H is5-6,cladding rate is 26.4%,and mass ratio of nano-iron to TCE is 40 ∶1-50 ∶1,the TCE removing rate by chitosan coated nano iron can reach 90%.
