摘要 采用酚醛树脂为结合剂,板状刚玉、石墨为主要原料,Zr N-Sialon复相粉体为添加剂,制备Al_2O_3-C耐火材料。研究了Zr N-Sialon复相粉体对Al_2O_3-C耐火材料常温物理性能、抗热震性能以及抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:Zr NSialon复相粉体加入量为9%时,材料的常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度最高,分别为59.93 MPa、18.75 MPa;此时材料的抗热震性能最佳,三次热震试验后强度保持率为79.60%;加入适量的Zr N-Sialon复相粉体可以明显提高材料的抗氧化性能,但加入量过多不利于抗氧化能力提高,Zr N-Sialon的加入量为9%时材料表现出较好的抗氧化能力。 Al2O3-C refractory were prepared using tabular alumina, graphite, ZrN-Sialon composite powder as staring materials, phenolic resin as binder. Effect of ZrN-Sialon composite powder additions on the mechanical properties at room temperature, oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance of Al2O3-C refractory were studied. The results show that with the optimal ZrN-Sialon composite powder addition of 9%, the Al2O3-C refractory has compressive strength of 59.93 MPa and bending strength of 18.75 MPa. The Al2O3-C refractories exhibit the optimal thermal shock resistance. The residual strength ratios Is 79.60% after cooling by wind for 3 times. It was found that the addition of ZrN-Sialon composite powder can effectively improve oxidation resistance of Al2O3-C refractory, but adding too much is harmful. The optimal addition is 9%.
