摘要
目的:实验观察青年男性在高温高湿环境下进行中等强度慢跑过程中心率(HR)、核心温度(Tc)、皮肤温度(Ts)和呼吸频率(BR)的变化,探索此条件下机体Tc预测的有效指标,并建立相应的预测公式。方法:随机选取山东体育学院20~26周岁男性志愿者10名,在高温高湿环境下在跑台上以中等强度(速度7.3±0.9 km/h)运动30 min,运动过程中对受试者的HR、Tc、Ts、BR进行实时监测。结果:受试者在运动过程中HR、Ts、Tc、BR与安静状态相比具有显著性差异。对运动过程中Ts、HR、BR和Tc的均值进行相关性分析和线性回归分析,发现Ts、HR、BR和Tc的均值具有高度正相关(P<0.01);线性回归分析显示,Ts与Tc(R2=0.910;P=0.000)、HR与Tc(R2=0.753;P=0.005)、BR与Tc(R2=0.734;P=0.007)均具有高度线性相关(P<0.01);当去除运动初始数据时,HR与Tc(R2=0.864;P=0.022)线性相关性更高,预测公式分别为Tc=0.0595*HR+28.708(R2=0.864;P=0.022)。结论青年男性在高温高湿环境下进行长时间中等强度慢跑运动时,HR为机体Tc的有效预测指标;且在此条件下运用HR预测Tc时,当机体适应运动强度后,预测效果更佳。
Objective: To explore the effective index of Tc prediction in medium intensity jogging process and establish the corresponding prediction formula in high temperature and high humidity en- vironment by observing the changes of heart rate (HR) , core temperature ( Tc), skin temperature (Ts) and respiratory rate (BR). Methods: Randomly select 10 male volunteers aged 20-26 years participated in the study. HR, Tc, Ts and BR were recorded during medium intensity (7.3±0.9 km/ h) jogging 30 rain in high temperature and high humidity environment. Results: Subjects had signifi- cant differences in HR, Ts, To, BR compared with the resting state during exercise. By linear corre- lation analysis and linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show the mean values of Ts,HR, BR and Tc were highly correlated (P〈0.01). And linear regression analysis showed that there were highly linearly correlated (P〈0.01) between Ts and Tc (R^2= 0.910; P=0.000) ; There were highly linearly correlated (P〈0.01) between the linear correlation between HR and Tc (R^2 = 0. 753 ; P = 0.005 ) ; There were highly linearly correlated ( P〈0.01 ) between BR and Tc ( R^2 = 0.734 ; P = 0.007). The linear correlation between HR and Tc ( R^2 = 0. 864 ; P = 0.022) was higher when the initial data were removed, and the prediction formula was Tc = 0.0595 * HR+28.708 (R^2 = 0. 864; P= 0.022). Conclusion: HR is an effective predictor of young men Tc during medium intensity jogging in high temperature and high humidity environment. And the prediction effect is better when the body adapts to the exercise intensity in this environment.
