东北地区动物源粪肠球菌耐药性监测与分析 被引量:6

Monitoring and Analysis of Drug Resistance of Enterococcus Faecalis in Northeast China

摘要 采集了东北地区26个养殖场的猪肛门或鸡泄殖腔棉拭子共780份,分离、鉴定得到289株粪肠球菌,分离率为37.05%。同时,对289株粪肠球菌进行了17种13类抗菌素的药物敏感性试验。结果显示,粪肠球菌对13类测试抗生素普遍耐药,猪源粪肠球菌和鸡源粪肠球菌的耐药状况没有明显区别,均对截短侧耳素类、头孢菌素类、大环内酯类和林可胺类高度耐药,对万古霉素高度敏感。 A total of 780 samples of pig or chicken feces were collected from northeast region, and a total of 289 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were isolated and identified. The isolation rate was about 37.05%. At the same time, the drug sensitivity test of 17 from 13 kinds of antibi- otics against 289 strains of Enterococcus faecalis. The results showed that Enterococcus faecalis was generally resistant to the 13 kinds of testing antibiotic, Enterococcus faceslis from swine and chicken had no significant difference in drug resistance, both were highly resistant to pleu- romutilin, cephalosporins, macrolide aid lincosamide and were very sensitive to vancomycin.
