摘要
超高层总平面管理一直是管理的一个难题,因为超高层建筑一般位于闹市区,且场地狭小,材料堆场规划较难,难以完全满足施工进度的要求,从而出现分包单位之间为堆场而争夺的情况,既浪费了时间,又形成恶性循环,最终影响现场的施工进度。本文主要阐述一种机动式堆场的介绍和实施。
It is difficult for general plan management of super high-rise building because the building often locates in down town with narrow site. The plan of material storage yard is difficult to completely satisfy requirement of construction proceed,so contest of storage yard occurred in each subcontract unit which not only waste time but also form a vicious circle aggravating. Finally construction proceed on site was influenced. This article mainly show a kind of mobile storage yard.
