摘要
为客观合理地选择预制混凝土构件自动化生产线,通过中建一局天津市武清装配式建筑部品生产基地2条生产线的投资、构件生产的可行性、设备更新难易度、劳动力综合素质要求、生产线设计理念、生产原理、生产工艺流程、生产产能等进行技术总结,并集合生产线的产能影响因素对比、计算,根据市场实际情况,推荐预制混凝土构件生产线较合理的设计配置技术。
In order to objectively and reasonably select automatic production line of prefabricated concrete member,author shows investment of two production lines,feasibility of member production,degree of difficult for equipment renewal,comprehensive quality for labor,design idea and production theory and process flow and productivity of the two production lines in Wuqing precast building member production base. Combined with influence factors for productivity of production lines,based on market practice,author recommended reasonable design configuration technology of prefabricated concrete member production line.
