摘要
针对甘肃某氧化型锰矿进行了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究,原矿中Mn含量为21.48%。通过重选方法 "原矿-磨矿-重选"工艺,可得到锰品位25.50%,回收率为58.73%,尾矿中锰17.10%,损失率41.27%。通过原矿-磨矿-湿式强磁选工艺,在-0.074 mm含量为68.45%,用1650 mT的磁场强度下进行湿式强磁选所得到的锰精矿和尾矿,锰精矿含锰28.75%,回收率55.59%,尾矿中含锰15.96%,损失率为44.41%。将试验所获得的"精矿+中矿"合并焙烧后锰精矿锰品位可提高到29.21%以上,质量达到国标冶金用锰矿石A类A5Ⅱ组标准。
The process mineralogy and minernal processing experimental study of one oxidized manganese ore in Gansu was car- ried out, the Mn content in raw ore is 21.48%. The manganese with the grade 25.50%, and recovery rate 58.73% can be got, the manga- nese content in tailings is 17.10%, and the loss ratio is 41.27% by means of the gravity separation method that "raw oro-ore grinding- gravity separation". Under the conditions that the mesh of grind is - 0. 074mm, the proportion is 68.45%, by means of raw ore-ore grinding -wet high-intensity magnetic separation process, the manganese concentrate and tailings can be get under 1650mT magnetic field intensity by wet high - intensity magnetic separation, that the manganese content in manganese concentrate is 28.75%, the recovery rate is 55.59%, the manganese content in tailings is 15.96%, the loss ratio is 44.41%. The "concentrate + middlings" obtained from the test shall be roasted mixed, and the manganese grade of the manganese concentrate can be improved to above 29. 21%, which quality can reach to A5 11 group standard, Class A of the National Standard about Metallurgical manganese ore.
