摘要
目的探讨低温等离子消融术治疗喉肿瘤的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月聊城市第二人民医院收治的喉肿瘤86例,按手术方法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组给予低温等离子消融术,对照组给予常规手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、出血量、住院时间,观察两组治疗前、后免疫球蛋白及C_3和C_4的变化情况。结果观察组手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前、术后免疫球蛋白及C_3、C_4比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用低温等离子消融治疗喉肿瘤效果较好,且不影响免疫功能。
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of hypothermia plasma ablation in treatment of patients with laryngeal tumor and its effect on immune function. Methods A total of 86 patients with laryngeal tumor admitted during January 2015 and January 2016 were divided into observation group( n = 43) and control group( n = 43) according to surgical methods. Observation group was treated with hypothermia plasma ablation,while control group was given conventionally surgical treatment. In two groups,operative time,bleeding volume and hospitalization time were compared,and changes of immune globulin,C_3 and C_4 were observed. Results In observation group,values of operative,healing and hospitalization times and intraoperative bleeding volume were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in immune globulin,C_3 and C_4 before and after surgery in two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Hypothermia plasma ablation in treatment of patients with laryngeal tumor may achieve good effect without affecting immune function.
