摘要
采用Cr、Mo复合微合金化的成分设计,通过低温加热及控制轧制、正火、回火热处理工艺技术,八钢成功开发了15CrMoR耐热结构钢板。钢板不但强度性能良好,且具有耐热性能,各项性能指标均高于国标要求。
Through Composition design of Cr and Mo composite micro-alloying, and the 15CrMoR heat-resistant steelplate was successfully developed in Bayi steel by low temperature heating and controlled rolling, normalizing and temperingheat treatment technology. The steel plate 15CrMoR not only have sufficient strength ,but also have good heat-resistantproperty, the performance indexes meet the national standard requirements.
