摘要 针对柳钢转炉提高废钢配比以低铁耗模式冶炼生产出现的进废钢卡头、兑铁水冒烟等问题,介绍开展的3种类型废钢包块装入量配斗入炉试验,以及提出的装斗顺序、料型结构及配比等优化措施。 Aiming at the problems of scrap head griping, smoking while hot metal charging occurred in the smelting production process of increasing the charging tests carried out with different loading scrap proportion with low iron loss mode in Liuzhou Steel, the capacity of 3 types of scraps were introduced, and the optimiza- tion measures such as the bucket loading sequence, the material structure and proportion were put forward.
