摘要
氨浸法综合回收挥发窑氧化锌,开展了锌浸出条件试验,考察了浸出液净化条件,并回收有价金属铟的研究。结果表明,在锌浸出时,在液固比5∶1、浸出时间3 h、氯化铵和氨的摩尔比为2、浸出温度45℃条件下,锌的浸出率达97%以上。浸出液净化时锌粉加入量宜为2 g/L,净化后液进入锌电积工序。氨浸渣经硫酸浸出后,萃取相比为4∶1、反萃相比为20∶1,铟萃取率高达99.87%。
The ammonia leaching method was used to comprehensively recover the volatile kiln zinc oxide, and investigated the conditions of zinc leaching, and investigated the purification conditions of the leaching solution, and studied on recovery of valuable metal indium. The results show that the leaching rate of zinc is over 97% when the ratio of liquid to solid is 5 : 1 ,leaching time is 3 h, molar ratio of ammonium chloride and ammonia is 2, and leaching temperature is 45 ℃. The addition amount of zinc powder should be 2 g/L when the leaching solution is purified, and the purified liquid will enter the electrowinning process. Ammonia leaching residue is leached by sulfuric acid, the extraction rate is 20:1 and compare extraction rate is 20:1 ,and the indium extraction rate is 99. 87%.
