摘要
心火亢盛是高血压病重要病机,治疗当以清心泻火为原则。且心火常与肝火、肾虚合并出现,形成心肝火旺证、心肾不交证。然而多年来清心泻火论治高血压病并未获得足够重视。文章在总结古今医家认识及现代研究的基础上,论述清心泻火法治疗高血压病的理论依据及研究现状。
Heart-fire hyperactivity is one of the important pathogenesis of hypertension disease and clearing heart fire is a significant principle of treating hypertension. Liver-fire and deficiency of the kidney often appears with heart-fire,thereby forming syndrome of hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire and syndrome of disharmony between heart and kidney. However,this theory did not get enough attention over the years. After summarizing,the opinion of ancient and modern Chinese medical specialist and modern research,the theoretical basis and the present state of research of the treatment of hypertension with heart-fire hyperactivity have been discussed in this paper.
