摘要
在严峻的钢铁市场形势下,为适应原料结构的变化,实现降本增效目标,邯钢400m^2烧结机在不进行较大的设备改造前提下,料层厚度由原设计的600 mm逐步提高到700 mm。通过提高料层的透气性、烧结的均匀性、加强堵漏风等措施,烧结机的各项技术指标有明显提高,取得了良好效果。
Under the severe steel market situation,the bed depth of Hansteel 400 m^2 sintering machine is gradually improved from original 600 mm to 700 mm without major equipment retrofit so as to adapt to the change of raw material structure and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. By improving the permeability of sintering bed,sintering uniformity and strengthening the plugging of the air,the technical indicators of the sintering machine have been significantly improved and achieved good results.
