摘要 PDCA是企业管理高度概括的不断提升的方法论,是一个实用性很强的持续改善工具.在数学教学过程中引入PDCA的理念,以数学知识为载体,用A3报告的形式有效解决高职学生数学学习中的问题,在提升学生自主学习能力的同时培养学生的职业素质与综合能力. PDCA is a highly integrated and constantly improving methodology for enterprise management, which is a practical tool for continual improvement. Action - oriented teaching method is applied in the study ; meanwhile, the concept of PDCA is introduced in the mathematics teaching with mathematical knowledge as the carrier, which is to solve the mathematics learning problems of higher vocational students in A3 report form. The aim of the paper is to guide students^ scientific thinking and inno-vative thinking, and to enhance and cultivate students' occupation quality and the comprehensive eibility of students ^autonomous learning ability.
