摘要
区域可持续发展的基础是生态环境的可持续,生态敏感性评价是制定区域环境政策、区域规划布局的重要依据。本文在RS和GIS技术支持下,以遥感影像和生态环境调查数据为基础,选取高程、坡度、水域、交通道路、村镇建设和土地利用6个生态敏感性因子作为评价指标,并利用层次分析法(AHP)确定评价因子权重,建立加权叠加综合评价模型,对地处黄河中下游冲积平原的鲁西北农业小镇——仁里集镇进行生态敏感性评价,得到仁里集镇生态敏感性的空间分布。评价结果表明:仁里集镇生态敏感性在空间分布上呈显著差异性,生态敏感性总体较高;高度敏感区、中度敏感区、低度敏感区和不敏感区分别占总面积的7.0%、39.7%、43.0%和10.3%。在生态敏感性评价的基础上,提出了生态环境保护和城镇开发建设的相关对策。
The sustainable development of ecology and environment is the base of regional sustainable development.The ecological sensitivity evaluation is an important method for the establishment of regional environmental policy and regional planning.Under the support of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System,based on the remote sensing image and survey data of ecological environment,6 ecological sensitive factors were selected,including elevation,slope degree,water buffer,road transportation,village and town infrastructure and land use.A analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were applied to give every factor weight.Then the weighted overlay evaluation model was established,and a typical agriculture town,Renliji,was evaluated to be as an example.The spatial distribution of the ecological sensitivity of Renliji town was figured out.There existed a significant spatial differentiation in the ecological sensitivity of the town,the ecological sensitivity in Renliji totally was higher,and the highly sensitive,moderately sensitive,low sensitive,and insensitive areas occupied 12.6%,42.2%,29.0%,and 12.2%,respectively.Based on these research results,some environmental conservative strategies are suggested for future urban development and construction.
