涤纶长丝自动化输送包装线及其信息化流程 被引量:3

Automated Conveying and Palletizing Assembly Line of Polyester Filament Yarn and Its Informatization Process

摘要 涤纶长丝自动化输送包装线配备机器人等自动化设备和PLC控制系统,融合了传感器、无线射频系统信息感知技术及人机交互、Profinet通讯等技术,实现了涤纶长丝输送、外观检测、包装全流程作业的自动化和管理流程的信息化。该自动包装线自投用以来,大大节约了人力成本,提高了生产效率和包装质量。 In the automated conveying and palletizing assembly line of polyester filament yarn, many smart devices of different kinds such as robots and control system based on PLC were applied, sensors and Radio Frequency Identification System were used to perceive information, and then Profinet, the human-computer interaction technology, and others were applied. Those above realized the automation of production and in- formatization of management process including bobbin-conveying, visual testing and palletizing. Since the automated assembly line put into use, the labor cost has become lower, and both the productivity of the as- sembly line and the quality of production palletizing have become remarkably higher.
