集成电路测试是保证集成电路性能和质量的关键手段之一。从控制测试时间、现场管理的改进和测试程序持续优化等方面详细阐述了提高集成电路测试UPH的途径,通过采取这些措施,可以有效提升测试产品的UPH,为集成电路测试行业提供了一定的启示。
Integrated circuit testing is one of the key means of ensuring the performance and quality of integrated circuits. This paper elaborates the ways to improve the integrated circuit test UPH by controlling the test time,the improvement of on-site management and the continuous optimization of the test procedures. By adopting these measures,the purpose of effectively improving the UPH of test product can be achieved,which provides a certain reference for the integrated circuit testing industry.
