摘要
我国食管癌以鳞癌为主,其发病率和死亡率均居世界首位,是影响我国人民健康、增加社会及家庭负担的常见消化系统恶性肿瘤之一。为了深入了解食管癌患者的饮食习惯和遗传因素对发病的潜在影响,以及研究新的通信科技对改善食管癌预防效果的作用,本研究对食管癌高发的山西省相关人员进行了问卷调查和电话回访,本次调查患者或患者家属共计433名。结果表明,食管癌患者男女性别比例1.4∶1;具有家族史的患者16.3%;饮食习惯不合理、食物营养不均衡、生活习惯不科学是导致食管癌发病的主要诱因。通过新的通信科技手段,如建立预防食管癌微信公众号、预防食管癌QQ资讯专栏等,可大大提高宣传力度和深度、指导人们合理膳食、及时提醒人们体检,利用无线设备如智能手机、智能手表指导人们科学锻炼等新的方式,是提高预防食管癌效果的积极举措。
Squamous cell carcinoma is the main cause of esophageal cancer in China,Its morbidity and mortality both rank first in the world.It is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive system that affect people's health and increase social and family burden. In order to further understand the potential impact of dietary habits and genetic factors on the incidence of esophageal cancer,and to study the effect of new communication technology on improving the prevention effect of esophageal cancer,this study conducted a questionnaire survey and a telephone call to the patients with high incidence of esophageal cancer,the total of the patients or the family members of the patients is 433. The results show that,the sex ratio of men and women in the patients with esophageal cancer is 1.4 ∶1;there are 16.3% patients with family history;the irrational eating habits,unbalanced food nutrition and unscientific living habits are the main causes of esophageal cancer. The new means of communication technology,such as establishing the We Chat public number and establishing the QQ information column to prevent esophageal cancer,can greatly improve the publicity and depth,guide people to have a reasonable diet and remind people of physical examination in time. The use of wireless devices such as smart phones and smart watches to guide people to exercise scientifically is a positive measure to improve the effectiveness of esophageal cancer prevention.
