摘要
根據《俄藏黑水城文獻》(8)所載圖版,從克恰諾夫俄譯本到史金波、聶鴻音、白濱譯注的《天盛律令》,均未譯卷二《戴鐵枷門》、卷五《季校門》、卷一三《執符鐵箭顯貴言等失門》和卷一七《物離庫門》中的六條款文。其中卷二《戴鐵枷門》一面,爲除枷及知見擅自除枷不告而處罰的内容;卷五《季校門》一面,爲《季校門》中對正軍、輔主缺官馬、披、甲的處罰,反映了有關軍事裝備的内容;卷一三《執符鐵箭顯貴言等失門》二面,爲刺使、監軍司不待兵符而發兵的處罰,包括行監、溜盈能行符的有關内容;卷一七《物離庫門》一面,由於殘缺,内容較爲模糊。《俄藏黑水城文獻》(8)《天盛改舊新定律令》卷五衍十面圖版,卷一一衍一面圖版,卷二〇衍四面圖版,均爲整理時的誤置,應删去。
According to the eighth volumes of Heishuicheng Manuscripts Collected in Russia,revised to Shi Jinbo,Nie Hongyin and Bai bin from Professor E.I.Kychanov of the Tiansheng Lvling,six legal provisions in second volumes wear Tiejia Men,fifth volumes check by season Men,Thirteenth volumes hold commander's seal,iron arrow and lost other dignitaries Men,seventeenth volumes objects leave the storeroom Men were missing and not translated.The second volume wear Tiejia Men did not translate a half page of paper out.Now it translates,which adds the punishment of unauthorized removal of Tiejia,and knows or sees the contents of punishment that is not allowed to remove Tiejia without reporting.The fifth volume check by season Men didn't translate a half page of paper out.The supplementary translation has made the punishment of check by season Men more prefect for the army and auxiliary officers lack of horse and armour,but also increased the content of military equipment.The thirteenth volume hold commander's seal,iron arrow and lost other dignitaries Men did not translate a page of paper out.Added to that,Cishi and Jianjunsi don't wait for commander's seal lead military punishment,relevant content added Xingjian and Liuyinneng exercise commander's seal.The seventeenth volume objects leave the storeroom Men didn't translate a half page of paper out.Because of the fragmentary,its content is relatively vague.Also according to the eighth volumes of Heishuicheng Manuscripts Collected in Russia,we know Tiansheng Lvling fifth volumes more than ten pages of paper,eleventh volumes more than a half page of paper,twentieth volumes more than two pages of paper are literature when misplanced,should be deleted.
