摘要 目的:探讨南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院检查科室工作效率的提升方法。方法:收集相关检查科室与职能部门的功能需求,完善基础数据配置与功能菜单,优化患者与医技科室之间工作流程。结果:通过检查预约系统的实施,科学有效解决长期困扰检查科室与患者之间的矛盾,有效提高检查科室的工作效率。结论:医院管理者根据提供的功能分析结果,合理调配人力资源和医疗物资,提升门诊的服务质量,更好地为患者服务。 Objective: To discuss how to improve the efficiency of the department in our hospital. Methods: Functional requirements collected inspection departments and functional departments, improve basic data configuration and function menu, optimize work flow between patients and medical departments. Results: By checking the implementation of the reservation system, it can effectively and scientifically solve the long-term conflicts between the departments and patients, and effectively improve the efficiency of the examination departments. Conclusion: According to the function analysis result provided by the hospital administrator, reasonable deployment of human resources and medical supplies, improve the quality of outpatient services, and better service for patients.
