摘要
目的分析天津市武清区2016年重点职业病监测结果,为职业病防治和健康风险评估提供依据。方法通过对多部门多途径收集、整理重点职业病相关信息,按照统一要求录入资料,运用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果 2016年武清区存在重点职业病危害企业372家,以小型、制造业为主;风险分类为"严重"的企业占17.2%。共检测矽尘岗位13个,超标9个,超标率69.2%;检测噪声岗位978个,超标118个,超标率12.1%。6 660名接触重点职业病危害因素劳动者在岗期间检查资料显示,高血压检出率12.4%,心电图异常检出率12.0%,专项指标异常检出率9.0%,均为苯和噪声的专项指标异常,检出噪声作业职业禁忌证劳动者11人(0.17%),检出苯作业疑似职业病1人。收集新发职业病1例(矽肺)。结论武清区重点职业病危害的防治过程中应重点关注噪声、矽尘、苯职业病危害因素,防治工作应提高技术措施,同时还应加强管理。
[Objective]To analyze the surveillance results of occupational diseases in Wuqing District of Tianjin in 2016,provide evidence for occupational disease prevention and health risk assessment.[Methods]Through collecting and sorting out the relevant information about the key occupational diseases in different departments and different ways,the data were input in accordance with the unified requirements and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.[Results]There were 372 enterprises which have key occupational hazards in Wuqing District in 2016,most of them were small manufacturing,and the enterprises belonged to serious risk accounted for 17.2%. 9 of 13 silica dust positions exceeded the standard with the over standard rate of 69.2%,while118 of 978 noise positions exceeded the standard with the over standard rate of 12.1%. The data of in-service medical examination in 6 660 workers exposed to key occupational hazards showed that the detection rate of hypertension and electrocardiographic abnormalities was 12.4% and 12.0% respectively. The detection rate of special index abnormality was 9.0%,and all were the indexes related to benzene and noise. 11(0.17%) workers with occupational contraindication to noise were found,and there was1 case of suspected occupational disease in benzene operation. 1 case of new occupational disease(silicosis) was collected.[Conclusion]In the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in Wuqing District,it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of noise,silica dust and benzene. The prevention and control work should not only improve the technical measures but also focus on strengthening management measures.
