摘要
矿山行业是极其危险而又容易发生伤害和疾病的职业,粉尘和噪声是矿山工人接触的主要职业危害因素,进一步引发的职业性尘肺病及噪声聋给矿山工人的生命质量带来极大损害。目前我国关于矿山行业工人生命质量的研究,主要是关于尘肺患者生命质量及相关的研究较多,对于矿山行业噪声危害患者或未达到尘肺病及噪声聋诊断标准的工人,对其生命质量的研究则较为少见。该文主要从矿山行业尘肺病患者及接尘工人的生命质量研究现状及影响因素等方面进行综述,为今后矿山行业工人生命质量的进一步研究及相关部门进一步完善矿山行业的健康管理及健康促进工作提供依据。
The mining industry is the occupation which is characterized by extreme danger and high incidence rate of injury and disease. The dust and noise are the main occupational hazard factors of mine workers,and occupational pneumoconiosis and noise induced hearing loss which are caused by the hazard factors induce great damage to the quality of life of the miners. The researches on the quality of life of mine workers in China concentrate upon the quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis,while there is a lack of researches on the quality of life of mine workers exposed to noise or workers who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of pneumoconiosis and noise induced hearing loss. This article reviews the present situation of researches on quality of life among patients with pneumoconiosis and mine workers exposed to dust and the influencing factors,and provides the basis for further research on quality of life of mine workers and relevant departments further improve the health management and health promotion work in the mining industry.
