摘要
建立了化妆品中禁用物质多菌灵的QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)的检测方法。样品中的多菌灵经体积分数1%乙酸-乙腈溶液提取和Qu Ech ERS法净化后,C18色谱柱分离,采用UPLC-MS/MS电喷雾电离(ESI)、正离子、多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。多菌灵的测定线性范围为10~100 ng/m L,线性相关系数r大于0.99,方法检出限为10μg/kg,在不同添加浓度下的回收率范围为83.1%~102.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于10%。
An ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry method based on dispersive solid-phase extraction was developed for determination of prohibited carbendazim in cosmetics.Carbendazim was extracted from samples with acetonitrile containing 1%(volume ratio) acetic acid and purified by QuEChERS method,separated on a C18 column with the mobile phases of acetonitrile and 0.1%(mass ratio) formic acid solution,analyzed by MS/MS with positive electrospray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode and quantified by external standard method.A linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 10 to 100 ng/m L.The linear correlation coefficients of the method were above 0.99.The detection limit of method was 10 μg/kg.The mean recoveries of carbendazim from two kinds of samples spiked with three concentration levels ranged from 83.1% to 102.7%,with values of the relative standard deviation(n = 6) less than 10%.
