摘要
在预应力混凝土构件中,钢绞线一般都是处在三维的钢筋骨架中,在被腐蚀时,它们各自腐蚀的同时还会相互影响,随着成束钢绞线的使用,钢绞线表面积变化将会对腐蚀速率产生影响。为了得到钢绞线表面积对其腐蚀速率模型的影响,本文通过试验对比了不同数目钢绞线组成的成束钢绞线的截面形式下的腐蚀速率,结果表明:成束钢绞线之间越紧密,通道越小,腐蚀速率越小;反之,通道越大,腐蚀速率也越大。同时结合已有的钢绞线腐蚀速率基本模型得到加钢绞线束根数变化的综合腐蚀速率模型。
In prestressed concrete components, the steel strands are all in a three-dimensional steel frame generally, when be corroded, their corrosion will influence each other with their respective corrosion, with the use of the strand wire, the change of surface area of the steel strands will affect the corrosion rate.In order to get the influence of steel strands surface area on corrosion rate model,this paper compared the the corrosion rate of steel strand steel wire with different number of bundles, the results show that the closer the wires, the smaller the channel, the less the corrosion rate is; conversely, the larger the channel, the greater the corrosion rate is.And, the comprehensive corrosion rate model of the steel strand considering the change of the number of roots is obtained by the basic model of the corrosion rate.
