摘要
目的通过观察热区平原卫勤保障人员急进高原短期驻训前后性激素水平变化,分析高原低氧对性激素的影响。方法以2016-08月热区平原地带某军队医院卫勤分队20名队员为观察对象,将未上高原之前的队员设为平原组,将急进海拔3800~4638 m高原后第七天设为高原组,用化学发光免疫分析仪对队员在急进高原短期驻训前后雌二醇(estradiol,E_2)、睾酮(testosterone,T)、垂体泌乳素(pituitary prolactin,PRL)、血清促卵泡生成激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)和孕酮(progesterone,P)等性激素的主要指标进行检测。结果高原组的E_2、PRL、FSH、LH的数值均低于平原组(P<0.05),T、P数值高于平原组(P<0.05)。结论急进高原后,性激素指标的降低,是一种适应性和代偿性的改变过程。
Objective To observe short-term sex hormone levels changes of tropical plains medical service unit at high altitude,and analyze the effect of hypoxia on sex hormones.Methods Twenty tropical plains medical serviceman in an army hospital in 2016 were observed,and divided into plain group and plateau group according to whether entering an elevation of 3800-4638 meters.Estradiol(E_2),testosterone(T),pituitary prolactin(PRL),serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)were measured by chemiluminescence immune detection system.Results The levels of FSH,LH,PRL and E_2 in plateau group were lower than those in plain group,while the levels of T and P were higher than those in the plateau group(P0.05).Conclusion After people rushing into plateaus,the decrease of sex hormone indexes are adaptive and compensatory changes.
