摘要
探讨富硒茶多酚对足球运动员无氧、有氧能力和血乳酸水平的影响.15-17岁的17名业余体校的男性足球运动员被分为实验组(n=9)和对照组(n=8),实验组训练期间使用富硒茶多酚饮料6周,而对照组饮用相同颜色安慰剂.研究发现,6周的富硒茶多酚干预显著提高了实验组的有氧耐力表现(P<0.05),实验组无氧功率在最大功率(P<0.05)和平均功率(P<0.05)显著高于对照组,而最小功率两组之间无显著差别;实验组血乳酸值显著低于对照组.茶多酚对提高足球运动员的有氧耐力水平和无氧功率具有积极意义,为指导运动实践提供理论依据.
The effects of selenium-enriched tea polyphenols on the anaerobic,aerobic and blood lactic acid levels of soccer players are investigated.Male soccer players aged 15-17 from 17 amateur sports schools are divided into experimental group(n=9)and control group(n=8).During the six-weeklong experiment,the experimental group drank selenium-enriched tea polyphenols,while the control group drank the beverage of same color as placebo.The results show that the aerobic endurance of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05);the oxygen power of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group at the maximum power(P〈0.05)and the mean power(P〈0.05);in the min power,there is no significant difference between the two groups;the blood lactic acid value of the experimental group is significantly lower than that of the control group.Tea polyphenols has positive significance to improve the aerobic endurance level and anaerobic power of soccer players and provide the theoretical basis for guiding the practice of sports.
