摘要
为评价聚辛烯与硫磺复合改性橡胶沥青的性能,将不同量的聚辛烯与硫磺掺入橡胶沥青进行改性,并进行DSR、BBR、储存稳定性及弹性恢复试验研究。结果表明:使用聚辛烯与硫磺对橡胶沥青进行复合改性,能改善其高温性能、存储稳定性和弹性恢复能力,且掺量越大效果越好;复合改性后橡胶沥青高温性能应力敏感性降低,但温度敏感性增强;硫磺掺量为0.1%时,复合改性橡胶沥青的低温性能得到改善;建议使用1.5%的聚辛烯和0.1%的硫磺制备复合改性橡胶沥青。
In order to evaluate the properties of polyoctene and sulfur modified rubberized asphalt, different amounts of polyoctene and sulfur were applied, and the DSR, BBR, storage stability and elastic recovery were studied. The results show that the high temperature performance, storage stability and elasticity of rubberized asphalt are improved by the compound modification of polyoctene and sulfur, and the greater amount yields better effect; after the compound modification, the high temperature performance of rubberized asphalt is less sensitive to the stress but more sensitive to the temperature; when the content of sulfur is 0.1%, the low temperature performance is improved; the amounts of polyoctene and sulfur are recommended at 1.5% and 0.1% respectively for preparing the compound modified rubberized asphalt.
