摘要
针对矿井复杂环境对封孔材料使用性能提出的要求,通过引入2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)复合三乙醇胺(TEA)作为有机早强组分,氯化钠(NaCl)、硫酸钠(NaSO_4)为无机早强组分,模拟井下高湿环境,,通过正交试验并利用热失重分析(TG)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究手段考察了早强剂的制备与性能。研究结果表明:当掺量为氯化钠0.5%,硫酸钠0.5%,三乙醇胺0.05%,AMPS1.0%时,早强效果最显著。封孔材料1 d抗压强度为5.5 MPa,3 d抗压强度为9.7 MPa,7 d抗压强度为13.9 MPa,分别比基准组强度提高了323%,137%和167%。
Aiming at the requirements on the usage performance of sealing materials proposed by the complicated environment of mine,the 2-Acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid( AMPS) with a combination of triethanolamine( TEA) were utilized as the organic early strength components,and the sodium chloride( NaCl) and sodium sulfate( NaSO_4) were taken as the inorganic early strength components. Through simulating the underground high humidity environment,the preparation and performance of the early strength agent were investigated through the thermogravimetic analysis( TG),X-ray diffraction analysis( XRD) and scanning electron microscope( SEM). The results showed that the early strength effect was the most significant when the dosage was NaCl 0. 5%,NaSO_4 0. 5%,TEA 0. 05% and AMPS 1%. The compressive strength of the sealing material reached 5. 5 MPa at 1 day,9. 7 MPa at 3 days and 13. 9 MPa at 7 days,which increased by 323%,137% and 167% than that of the reference group respectively.
