摘要
目的探究超薄瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中效果分析。方法选取2015年5月至2016年7月与我院口腔科就诊行前牙美容修复的患者30例(共72个前牙)作为研究对象。所有患者入院后,拍照,制作模型,使用超薄瓷贴面进行前牙美学修复,术后随访2年,每6个月随访一次。结果所有患者均无牙龈炎,半透性极佳,适合性非常好,能吸收牙龈和邻牙的色泽而产生变色作用,颜色自然协调。6个月随访时,有3例患者修复体完整性破坏,有1例夜磨牙所致,2例患者啃食硬物时修复体出现缺损,12个月另有一名患者应啃食硬物修复体缺损,24个月时,夜磨牙患者修复体损伤程度加重;12个月时,5例患者边缘密合度达到B级;随访12个月时,有3例患者(5牙)边缘着色程度为B级,自述因抽烟所致;12个月有1例患者继发龋。结论超薄瓷贴面不仅技术上更加简单易行,同时也降低了手术对患者牙体的刺激度,且瓷片稳定性好,边缘适合性佳,颇具美学特性,是前牙美容修复的一种较理想的方法。
Objective To study the effect of ultra-thin porcelain veneer in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods A total of 72 patients（72 anterior teeth）were enrolled in this study from May 2015 to July 2016.The patients aged from 20 to 76 years（mean,47.34±19.74 years）were enrolled in this study.The All patients were admitted to hospital after taking pictures,making the model,using ultra-thin porcelain veneer for anterior facial repair,followed up for 2 years,every 6 months follow-up.Results The follow-up results were as follows：All patients,no gingivitis,excellent translucency,good fit,can absorb the color of the gums and adjacent teeth and produce chameleon,the color of natural coordination.At the time of follow-up in June,three patients had complete repair of the restoration,and one had nocturnal moles.Two patients had a defect in the restoration of the hardened material.In December,another patient should be eating a hardened prosthesis,In July,the teeth of the late moles increased the degree of damage;in December,5 patients with borderline compliance B grade;12 months follow-up,there are three patients（5 teeth）edge color level B,readme because of smoking Due to;in December a patient secondary to caries.Conclusion Ultra-thin porcelain veneer is not only technically simpler,but also reduces the degree of stimulation of the patient＇s teeth,and the stability of the tiles,the edge of good fit,with excellent aesthetic and biological characteristics,is the former A better way to repair a tooth beauty.
