摘要
采用EAF+LF+VD+CC+CR的工艺开发了一种含Cr、Mo汽车传动结构用钢SCM415。对化学成分、组织和力学性能进行分析,结果表明:开发的SCM415钢化学成分均匀,热轧材组织为铁素体和珠光体,非金属夹杂物主要为硫化物和氧化物;拉伸试验表明,SCM415钢具有高的强塑性,能满足汽车传动结构件的要求。
SCM415 steel with Cr and Mo element used for automobile transmission machinery was developed by the process of " EAF-EBT-LF-CC-CR".The steel chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results showed that the chemical composition of the SCM415 steel was uniformity,the microstructure as hot rolled was pearlite and ferrite,and the nonmetallic inclusions were mainly sulfide and oxide.The tensile tests indicated that the SCM415 steel had high strength toughness which could meet the requirements of the automobile transmission machinery.
