参芪地黄汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病气阴虚血瘀症的临床对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨参芪地黄汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病气阴虚血瘀症的临床疗效及对患者血清Hs-CRP水平的影响。方法将2013年9月至2015年9月因气阴虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病于我院就诊的90例患者纳入研究并随机分组。对照组45例采用常规治疗,观察组45例联合参芪地黄汤加味,8周为一疗程。比较两组患者临床疗效差异。结果治疗后两组患者24h蛋白尿量、血肌酐(Scr)等肾功能指标及超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平均降低,但观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖水平降低,但观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);对照组总有效率75.56%(34/45),观察组91.11%(41/45),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病气阴虚血瘀症疗效显著,可更好地改善肾功能及血糖水平,降低炎症反应,值得临床推广。
