摘要
将环氧基团引入到硅氧烷低聚物结构中,采用"溶胶-凝胶"法研究制备了一种含有环氧基团的硅氧烷低聚物EES。利用合成低聚物增韧环氧树脂,考察了改性后混合树脂的外观状态、黏度、机械性能、玻璃化转变温度和热稳定性。结果表明:环氧基团的存在增加了硅氧烷低聚物的反应性,且具有良好的环氧树脂相容性,能够有效地增韧环氧树脂。EES的添加量为25份时,混合树脂固化样的拉伸强度高达21.027MPa,剪切强度与纯环氧树脂固化相比增长约140%,并表现出优异的热机械性能和热稳定性。
The epoxy groups were introduced into the structure of polysiloxane oligomer, and a kind of polysiloxane oligomer EES containing e-poxy groups was prepared by the sol-gel method. The synthetic resin was used for toughening epoxy resins. The appearance, viscosity, mechanical properties, glass transition temperature and thermal stability of the modified mixed resin were investigated. The results indicated that the presence of the epoxy group increased the reactivity of the polysiloxane and the compatibility with the epoxy resin, which could effectively toughen the epoxy resin. When the dosage of EES was 25%(wt), the tensile strength of cured hybrid resin was up to 21.027 MPa,and the shear strength increased by about 140% compared with pure epoxy resin. It also showed excellent thermal mechanical properties and thermal stability.
