摘要
为解决国内轴瓦壁厚检测与分选设备自动化程度低、检测速度慢、精度差的问题,研制了一套轴瓦壁厚在线检测与分选系统.该系统主要由控制系统、系统软件、机械平台三部分组成,控制系统通过PLC控制轴瓦壁厚的检测与分选过程,实现自动化检测与分选;系统软件基于LabVIEW图形编程语言而开发,实现数据的采集、处理、存储等功能;机械平台是控制系统与系统软件运行的基础.使用该检测系统对C1960L型轴瓦检测的结果表明,该轴瓦在线检测系统可实现全自动检测,检测速度达到了2.5s/片,检测精度达到了±0.000 689 7mm,能够满足轴瓦企业的生产要求.
In order to solve the problem of low degree ofautomation,low speed and poor precision of domestic bearing testing equipment, a set of on-line inspection system for bear- ing wall thickness is developed. The system consists of the control system,the system software and the mechanical plat- form. The system software is used to achieve data collec- tion, processing, storage and other function developed based on LabVIEW software. The control system controls the de- tection and selection of bearing pad by the PLC control sys- tem to achieve automatic testing and selction. The mechani- cal platform is the basis of the control system and the system software. The C1960L bearing will be detected by the detec- tion system, The experimental results show that the on-line inspection system can realize the automatic detection,the de- tection speed can reach 2.5s/piece and the detection accuracy can reach ±0. 00079mm.
