摘要
非法吸收公众存款犯罪(以下简称非吸犯罪)大数据侦查系统是一种以公安大数据系统为核心的信息化、数据化的非吸犯罪侦查系统,是针对非吸犯罪的侦查困境,借助大数据系统搜集相关犯罪数据,通过分布式平台进行云计算,最终进行数据挖掘,以发现和固定非吸犯罪证据的侦查系统。公安机关通过应用非吸犯罪大数据侦查模式,借助具体的大数据侦查方法,可以实现获取非吸犯罪证据,查获非吸犯罪嫌疑人,最终破获整个非吸犯罪案件的目的。此侦查系统的应用可以突破以往侦办非吸犯罪案件的困境,极大提高对此类犯罪的打击效果。
Centering on Bid Data System of Public Security Organs,the Big-Data-Based Investigation System for Crime of Illegally Taking in Deposits from the General public （hereafter the Investigation System）is an informationalized and digitalized investigation system. Targeting at predicaments in investigating this crime ,the Investigation System discovers and preserves evidence by collecting via big data system,cloud-calculating on distribution platforms and digging data. Public security agencies can collect relevant evidences,seize and capture suspects and ultimately solve the entire case by utilizing this big data investigation pattern. This Investigation System is expected to overcome predicaments in investigation and boost efficiency in combating this crime.
