摘要
医师科研能力是指从事医学研究中,以科学的思维和方法,对未知领域进行科学探索的能力。当前住院医师规范化培训对其科研能力的培养还相当薄弱,科研习惯和能力的培养又有着十分重要的意义,直接关系到医师本人未来的发展。文章结合上海市皮肤病医院实际情况展开实践,强调科研培养的重要性,提出加强住院医师科研能力培养的对策。
The ability of scientific research refers to the ability of scientific exploration of unknowns in the field of medical research with scientific thinking and methods. At present, the cultivation of scientific research ability is quite weak on standardized training of residents. It is of great significance to cultivate the habit and ability of scien- tific research, which is directly related to the future development of doctors themselves. We combined with the actual situation of Shanghai and put forward the Dermatology Hospital to practice, emphasized the importance of scientific research and training, countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability of residents.
