摘要
目的:观察分析二至丸联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后女性性功能障碍的的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月至2016年2月于我院就诊的产后女性性功能障碍患者72例,采用数字随机法,均分为观察组(n=36)与对照组(n=36),观察组患者给予二至丸联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,对照组患者仅给予生物反馈电刺激治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的盆底肌力、阴道动态压力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的盆底肌力、阴道动态压力均显著增加(P<0.05),且观察组患者的盆底肌力、阴道动态压力显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的性功能对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的性功能均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的性功能显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后女性性功能障碍患者采用二至丸联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,能够有效改善患者的盆地肌肌力及性功能能力,治疗效果良好,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objectives： To observe the clinical efficacy of Erzhi pill combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of postpartum female sexual dysfunction. Methods： 72 cases of postpartum female sexual dysfunction in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 36） and control group（ n = 36）. The observation group was given Erzhi pill combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,and the control group was only given biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,the differences in vaginal dynamic pressure and pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups were not significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,vaginal dynamic pressure and pelvic floor muscle strength of two groups were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,more significant in the observation group than control group（ P〈0. 05）.Before treatment,the differences in sexual function between the two groups were not significant（ P〈0. 05）,while after treatment,the sexual function of two groups was significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,more significant in the observation group than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Erzhi pill combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of postpartum female sexual dysfunction can effectively improve patient＇s muscle strength and functional ability of pelvic floor muscle with good treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
