依达拉奉联合尼莫地平对脑出血患者氧化应激以及神经功能的影响 被引量:11

Effects of edaravone combined with nimodipine on oxidative stress and neurological function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探讨依达拉奉联合尼莫地平对脑出血患者氧化应激以及神经功能的影响。方法:选取2015年4月至2016年3月在江苏省盐城市阜宁县人民医院接受治疗的脑出血患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组给予依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗,对照组单纯给予尼莫地平治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率,观察两组患者治疗前、后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化酶(MPO)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NHISS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分及血肿体积和水肿体积变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清SOD、MDA、MPO、TNF-α、CRP及IL-8水平均显著低于对照组,血肿体积、水肿体积均明显小于对照组(P<0.05),且NHISS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合尼莫地平治疗脑出血患者的效果显著,能够有效降低患者的氧化应激反应及血清炎症因子水平,改善患者的神经功能,提高ADL。 Objective: To investigate the effects of edaravone combined with nimodipine on oxidative stress and neurological function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: 86 patients with cerebral hem- orrhage who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were selected, and were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone combined with nimodipine, and those in the control group were treated with nimodipine only. The response rate, the SOD, MDA, MPO, IL-8, TNF-a and CRP levels, NHISS score, ADL score, and the vol- umes ofhematoma and edema were compared between the two groups. Results: The response rate was 95.35% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.09%) (P〈 0. 05). After treatment, the SOD, MDA, MPO, TNF-α, CRP and IL-8 levels in serum were notably decreased in the observation group, when compared with the con- trol group (P〈0. 05). The volumes of hematoma and edema in the observation group were significantly reduced as well (P〈0. 05). The NHISS score was tower in the observation group than that in the control group, while the ADL score was higher (P〈 0.05). Conclu- sion: Edaravone combined with nimodipine could effectively inhibit the oxidative stress, reduce the serum lev- els of inflammatory factors, and improve neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
