摘要
根据本专业人才培养目标,明确以工程应用为要求构建的实践教学体系是实现卓越工程教育的关键。以认知实习、生产实习及岗位实习(三实习)是汽车服务工程专业企业实践教学体系的一条主线,是本专业向应用型本科发展、提高学生实践创新能力培养中的重要环节之一。在分析了本专业培养目标与专业培养标准的基础上,对三实习的目的、实习内容及计划进行了系统设计。结合实习资源与条件,对实习过程中的具体实施方案和管理模式进行了剖析,总结了已有的经验并提出了改进措施,力求通过以三实习为主的专业实践模式达到提高学生创新实践能力与综合素质的目的。
According to the training goal of automobile service engineering major,the specific practice teaching system which is constructed with the requirements for engineering application is the key to realize outstanding engineering education. The process of cognitive practice,production practice and position practice( i. e.,three-practice) is the main line of professional practice teaching system automobile service engineering students. And it is an important link of the development of applied undergraduate of this major and a training to improve the students' ability of practice and innovation. On the basis of analysis of the professional training goal and training standard,a system was designed for the goal of three-practice,practice content and practice program. Combined with the training resources and conditions,we analyze the concrete implementation and the management pattern in the process of practice. The experience was summarized and the improvement approaches were proposed in order to achieve the goal of improving students 'innovation practice ability and comprehensive quality through the professional practice mode mainly the "threepractice".
