摘要
本文建立了刀闸式接地开关的电磁-结构耦合分析有限元模型,在电磁场中计算了接地开关中各零件的电流以及电动力分布,然后将电动力代入结构分析中,计算了接地开关各零件的位移、变形等,并根据计算结果对接地开关的结构进行了优化。计算结果显示,接地开关各零件受到3个方向的电动力,在设计时各个方向的约束均需考虑。
The 3-D finite element model of earthing switches(ES) is developed based on the coupled field theory. The electromagnetic force and current distribution are calculated using Maxwell equations. Then the displacement and deformations of the parts of ES under electromagnetic force are calculated. And the structure of ES is optimized based on the calculation. The results indicate that the electromagnetic force of each part has three directions, the supports in each direction should be considered during the design.
