摘要
纺织加工是一个依赖于人工知识与经验的过程,智能化方法在纺织生产的应用还相对较少。本文针对纺织品安全质量,运用支持向量机,并调整其计算模型进行纺织品安全质量评测。实验结果表明,该方法可以对纺织品安全质量进行评测,并且随着纺织品性能指标数据训练样本的增多,评价精确度会逐渐提高,为纺织品生产企业提供了一种新的方案,推动智能纺织发展。
Textile processing is a field of artificial knowledge and experience. Relative to other industrial areas, intelli- gent production in the textile industry is still relatively backward.This paper using support vector machine method at the textile quality evaluation. The results show that the method can evaluate the quality of the textile, and with the increase of the training index of the textile performance data, the precision will be gradually improved, which will provide a new plan for the textile production enterprises topromote the development of intelligent textile.
