Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on infection after leukaemia chemotherapy. Methods The leukaemia patients underwent chemotherapy in author's Hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of this clinical study from January 2015 to December 2016.Sixty patients were randomly selected into control group from January 2015 to December 2015 as pre-implementation stage.Sixty patients were randomly taken into the observation group between January 2016 and December 2016 as post-implementation stage. The incidence rate of oral and respiratory infections, scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),and nursing satisfaction were recorded. The effects of nursing intervention was assessed. Results After nursing interventions, the incidence rate of oral and respiratory infection of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of two groups after nursing were much lower(P〈0.01),and the SAS and SDS scores of observation group after nursing intervention were both lower than those of control group(P〈0.01).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention on the infection after leukaemia chemotherapy has obvious effects, which can effectively reduce the infection rate, alleviate anxiety, depression symptoms, and improve nursing satisfaction.
