摘要
提出一种加工铰链类零件孔专用钻模工装及刀具自动配套设计的算法。该算法通过识别零件三维模型生成钻模主体结构,根据几何关系及相关工艺知识得到刀具设计参数,结合钻模结构及刀具参数求解钻模各元件具体参数,并基于CATIA平台的二次开发功能进行实例测试。测试结果表明该算法行之有效,能提升专用工装及刀具的设计效率及准确性。
This paper presents an algorithm for designing the special drilling jig and tooling for machining the holes of hinge-type parts. The algorithm generates the main structure of the drilling jig by recognizing the three-dimensional model of the part,obtains the design parameters of the tool according to the geometric relationship and the related process knowledge. The parameters of each component of the drilling jig are solved according to the drilling jig structure and tool parameters. The development of an example test proves that the algorithm is effective and can improve the design efficiency and accuracy of the special drilling jig and tool.
