摘要
以三维激光扫描仪Focus^(3D)X130为研究对象,通过实验验证了距离和水平角检校方法的可行性。由精度检校实验得出Focus^(3D)X130测距精度为5mm,测角精度0.0101°,与厂家提供的标称精度有一定误差。因此,在使用三维激光扫描仪之前进行测距和水平角精度的评定和校正将对后续扫描的精度产生一定影响。
This paper takes the 3D laser scanner Focus3DX130 as the research object,and verifies the feasibility of the distance and horizontal angle calibration by experimental design.Through the experiment,the ranging accuracy of Focus3DX130 is found to be 5mm and measuring horizontal angle accuracy is 0.0101°,which are larger than the nominal accuracy provided by manufacturer.Before using the three-dimensional laser scanner,the calibration of ranging and horizontal angle accuracy will have some effects on the follow-up scanning accuracy.
