摘要
在廉政政策大力推动的背景下,中国高校的教育发展在教育政策、办学质量等方面都取得了极大的进步。然而,高校的财务建设在内控管理上依旧存在着系统建设、财务监督以及管理手段落后等问题。为保障高校财务在廉政建设背景下的科学化发展,高校财务方面应着重防控高校廉政风险,并加强高校对于内部控制的重视。本文旨在根据廉政建设的性质及背景,对高校财务的内部控制问题进行分析,并阐述二者之间的关联,深入探讨高校财务内部控制的存在问题及解决对策,为高校在廉政建设中的完善进行补充。
With the promotion of clean government policy,great progress has been made in education policy and the quality of running schools.However,there are still some problems in internal financial control management in colleges and universities such as system construction,financial supervision and backward management tools.In order to ensure the scientific development of university finance against the background of building an honest and clean government,the financial aspects of higher education should focus on preventing and controlling the risks of corruption in colleges and universities,and strengthen internal control.Based on the nature and background of honest and clean government building,this paper analyzes the internal control of the finance in colleges and universities,expounds the relationship between the two and probes into the existing problems and countermeasures in internal financial control in colleges and universities in order to perfect the clean government building in colleges and universities.
