摘要
实施卓越信息技术教师培养计划,既是对"钱学森"之问的深度回应,也是满足我国高等教育发展新常态的时代需要,还是顺应教师教育改革与发展的内在必然。高校依据卓越信息技术教师知识能力素质结构模型,从制定卓越信息技术教师培养标准、推进"本硕一体化"人才培养模式改革、完善卓越信息技术教师人才选拔机制、建立"三位一体"协同创新人才培养机制、优化组建专兼结合的师资队伍共同体、强化校内校外结合的教学实践实训实习环节、创新人才培养质量评价机制等七个方面采取措施与对策,能够有效加快卓越信息技术教师的培养。
The implementation of outstanding IT teacher fostering plan is not only a deep response to the question of Qian-Xuesen, but also the need of the times to meet the new normal of the development of higher education in China and the inherent necessityof conforming to the education reform and development of teachers as well. On the basis of outstanding IT teachers knowledge-capabilities-qualities structure model, colleges and universities in China can accelerate the fostering of outstanding IT teachersthrough following seven aspects of effective measures and strategies, including making outstanding information technology teacherfostering standard, promoting “integration of undergraduate and postgraduate” talents fostering mode reform, perfecting outstandinginformation technology teacher talents selection mechanism, building wthree in oneM collaborative innovation talents fostering mechanism,optimizing and building faculty team community with professional and amateur qualification, strengthening curricular and extracurricularteaching practice and internship link, and making innovation on talents fostering quality evaluation mechanism.
