摘要
为了更快更好的深化供给侧结构性改革,加强企业竞争力,全国各地都围绕习近平总书记的指挥,以"去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板"为主要任务,全面推进改革政策的实施。由于不同区域的地理位置、占地面积、政府财力、社会结构、经济规模等方面具有明显的差异性,因此在推行供给侧结构性改革的过程中要因区而异。基于区域差异视角对供给侧结构性改革政策实施效果进行深入剖析,并提出优化策略,为供给侧结构性改革的深入实施提供一定参考。
In order to deepen the supply-side structural reform faster and better,and strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises,all over the country around the command of general secretary Xi Jinping.Regions are taking"reducing capacity,stock,cost,leverage and covering shortage"as the main task,and comprehensively promote the implementation of reform policies.Due to the different parts of the geographical location,area,the government,financial and social structure,economic scale has obvious difference,thus when pushing supply-side structural reform,regions should consider the diversity of different regions.Based on regional differences,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the effect of supply-side structural reform policies and proposes optimization strategy,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth implementation of supply-side structural reform.
